Blizzard will speed up the release of WoW (world of warcraft)
It is a fact that is very visible that the gamers of World of Warcraft is a typical gamer who is always hungry for any new content. Recognizing this, Blizzard felt they should be more often out content to satisfy those gamers. Well, without mentioning whether they think it will affect the amount of content that will be given in each expansion, Mike Morhaime of Blizzard stated that they would reduce the time required to develop the expansion of World of Warcraft in the future.
"Given our gamers have become more experienced in playing World of Warcraft for several years, they also become more powerful and faster in passing the existing content," he said. "Neither the Cataclysm which in my opinion, they were able to spend its content more quickly than the previous expansion, but that is why now we are working to develop more content again."
"We launched our first update last week and we already have the latest updates are being tested. So far, the response we got from the gamers is very positive and we think we need even faster in presenting content to the gamer and that's one reason why we intend to reduce the gap of time between each expansion. "
When asked whether that means gamers will get the expansion with less content than usual, he said, "We're still not ready to talk about the content of the expansion at this stage, but we are always looking for ways to speed up the development process." According to the latest financial reports , it seems that the number of people who register to play this game already started to decrease because of new competitors in the online game which was issued in March 2011 yesterday. It is all due to the gamer tersebut too gallop over the content provided in their expansion and finally those who have felt he had no content to be explored again, finally pun switch to the new online game.
Only time will determine whether it will all gamers will come back to WoW or not.
