Jagex So HEROTOPIA Publisher
Jagex  Games Studio, the largest independent game company in the UK, who is  also publisher of the popular multiplayer game, RuneScape, has just  announced that they have formed a partnership with Herotainment, a media  based in New York who specializes in children, in order to publish  Herotopia.
Game recipient of the  Gold Award as the best game of the event the National Parenting  Publications Awards (Nappa), Herotopia is a browser-based online gaming  as well as the communities where the children can be a superhero that  they desire, and explore all the locations in the world, be it real or  fantasy though .
"We  are very pleased to be partnering with Herotainment who has managed to  create a compelling virtual world that provides fun and enjoyable  experience for children. Herotopia offers extensive customization of  characters, places and secret pet, as well as providing educational  content in a safe environment," said Wendy Rosenthal, Chief Brand Officer of Jagex.
Herotopia been specially designed to provide the best online experience for children to be able to have fun. Player  can visit 19 different locations in Herotopia game, play 25 unique  mini-games, develop their secret headquarters, and completed the daily  quest to become the greatest superhero.
"Jagex  is very powerful in online gaming and distribution problems so that a  satisfaction to work with them to bring Herotopia to all children in the  world," said Caryn and Wade's, as Co-CEO of Herotainment.
Herotopia  third-party will be the second game of the whole long list of games f2p  Jagex, and simultaneously prime for them to launch a game that  specifically targeted at children's market. According  to the plan, Herotopia will be released again after this agreement to  include several new features and of course a fresh look. Jagex  schedule for mempublishnya around summer this year, and details related  to the latest content at launch will be revealed within a week or two  ahead.
